Carving a heart into wood isn't the hardest project in the world, but for beginners some of the ways to shape the wood may not be quite so obvious. This is part of my '30 Days of Relief Carving' series where I am to teach a whole variety of techniques and probably learn more about wood carving myself!

Nicely carved Clint ! personally I liked the white board bits..... but there, you always get one eh 😄Looking forward to the fish carving and seeing how you "tackle" the scales ,but I supose you have "weighed" up all the options of doing them....sorry ,I'll get me coat lol Nice one mate catch you soon Bram

I wonder if most of your viewers are already carvers and don't really need the explanation or are they just tuning in for the pleasure of watching and don't really want it. Oh well. I like the curved chisel action - would you say that's your favourite cutting tool?

That's something I think about regularly, and with the success of the A.I. video I think it's probably the latter. Thanks mate, I think it probably is my favourite, but it's always hard to pick a favourite!
