Glad to see a channel not just recycling other people's projects. I was thinking maybe Model Magic foam would also work here. And cold porcelain for the teeth.

Everything is awesome you can cut the eyes in half maybe they would lay better..but I love these

That is a great idea, in fact I thought about doing that because it would also allow the tea light candle bulb to seat inside the eyeball better from the backside.

Yes you will need equipment for most DIY projects of any kind. For this project however, you really only need a wood carving tool.

That's like complaining that a $2 meal was made in a $500,000 house. The price of the shop is not part of the project, if you don't have the stuff to do it with, then don't do it and quit whining.
