hey jason, I do catch them in different structures or depth to be honest but since they live on the bottom like halibut and they love squids, I use them on my sabiki and drop it all the way to the bottom usually between 50 to 100ft where I typically catch baits and it's very likely sand dabs will come up. i follow this channel opaleye where they catch ton of sand dabs using that technique ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-H-KrAYjRU_A.html i live near redondo beach and take my inflatable boat or kayak out and they got tons of sand dabs right outside of the harbor, that's sorta my go to spot haha. I really haven't much elsewhere to target them so can't say too much other than that tbh. I haven't put the sticker on the boat yet, If i do I'll probably get the laminated cover and hang so i can easily put it or remove when I put my boat away
