IMPORTANT: Make sure to do a quarter of a turn at a time! After you have made your quarter turn, wait at least one minute to two minutes before turning again. Any bigger turns can drastically shift the belt in either direction which could cause damage to the belt and possibly other components of the treadmill.
ALWAYS REMEMBER: Whatever side the belt is tracking, to get it to go the opposite direction, tension or tighten that side or conversely. If you want to bring the belt back to a side you can loosen the same side. This is true for both sides.

All these videos show the same thing. BUT, after I centered my new treadmill's belt (Horizon 7.0) as shown, it looks cocked as if it isn't centered at the OTHER END near the motor. Is it just a matter of it will center itself if I keep the bottom end centered. Or, do I have to take the motor cover off and fidgit with something at that end?

It should completely center after letting it run by itself a while. Some models of treadmills you can adjust the front rollers, but we recommend getting a technician to further diagnose the issue: www.hydrafitnessexchange.com/technicians Here is a link to find someone near your area! Hope this helps!

When you say the belt has shifted to the left, do you mean the back of the belt or the front?

I am assuming you mean near the front roller or rear roller. Good question. Never really thought of whether the front or back is off. But I will say at the beginning of the video I point to where the belt looks off. The front roller is fixed in position. The rear roller is the one being adjusted. I would assume then the back of the belt (Where rear roller is) is where the belt has shifted the most. The front of the belt (Where the front roller is) is not as shifted since the front roller is in a fixed position. Please let me know if this is what you were asking and if it has helped in anyway! 😁

I have followed your instructions and the belt does move back to the right and centers itself. Do I stop with the admustments at that point. How do I "set" it to stay centered. ...when I get back on the treadmill, it drifts back to the left. What am I forgetting to do?

The belt may be too loose. You can tighten each side of the rear roller by doing 1/2 turn on each side. Make sure not to over tighten the belt as this could lead to damaging the belt and other components of the treadmill. You can test this by placing your hand under the belt after adjusting the rear roller on each side. See how far across the deck you can reach. You don't want to be able to reach farther than the middle of the deck. If you aren't confident about this procedure, we highly suggest getting a technician to do the job: www.hydrafitnessexchange.com/technicians Here is our tech database to find someone near you. Do you know how to get the belt from slipping backwards too fast? Mine feels like someone is pulling a rug out from under me and scares me that I might fall forward. Is that a case of tightening and/or needing lubricant?
@hydrafitnessexchange
@hydrafitnessexchange 9 дней назад
@@capricornstars4083 You may need to tighten it. You can check if its too loose by placing your hand underneath the belt and seeing how far you can comfortably reach across the deck. If your hand goes more than halfway across the deck with not much resistance, then it needs to be tightened. As far as lubricant, check to see if it has too much or not at all. Place your hand underneath the belt and feel if the deck is very oily or very dry. Here's a helpful video we made on doing things in proper order to diagnose your issue: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1VNkpidgeus.html Hope this helps!
