8:15 I'm just thinking if you understand this, it's brutal being straight and direct. You can give some one a heart attack, if your students seen you use this in a real life combat situation, they would probaly see and hear a grown man scream and cry at the same time, and need a time out to walk off the pain of the injury.

Some websites say you can also hit in different spots, for example, two to the body and one to the head. I didn't get an explanation to why you should hit the same spot in this video so I am confused why hitting different spots are incorrect.
@philstanley1213
@philstanley1213 3 года назад
You want to hit the same spot simply because it hurts. Getting hit once isn’t pleasant, but when you bombard that spot with 3-5 punches in a row it’s very punishing.
@Fumbiver
@Fumbiver 2 года назад
It’s basically like you should master accurately hitting one spot before trying combinations. If you try combos from the beginning, you’ll most probably be ineffective.

Ip Man in the movie said that instead of trading punches with a guy stronger than you, Test his ribcage is it right?
@sifuadamwilliss

It's just a movie. Don't take it for more than what it is. In reality, the throat is one of the best targets.

Everyone... remember this please... this art is founded by a Master, The master origins from shaolin, This art wing chun is born in the times of war, BORN IN TIME OF WAR the shaolin is freaking under attack by enemies and this master managed to survive... in the journey she gains insight from an event i dont remember but yeah.. what my point is this art is born in the war/violent/chaotic and after passing it downs to where we are right now(what i meant those chinese wingchun master kept embarrassing the wingchun and wing xhun has bren regarded as a joke in my place)... wing chun lineage were responsible for such changes...
