WHEN SHOULD YOU CHANGE CABIN AIR FILTERS ON YOUR 2020 F150?
Ford Motor Company recommends that you remove and replace this cabin filter every 15,000-20,000 miles.
However, you may want to replace or change the cabin filter more often if:
-You or a frequent passenger suffers from allergies
-You or a frequent passenger has other respiratory problems
-You drive your f150 on dirt roads or in excessively dusty conditions
-You drive your f150 in heavily polluted areas

I wish you would have pulled the filter out to show it, then put it back in place since you were right there.

Great video...concise without unnecessary information. Only suggestion I would add would be to note the direction of air flow on the original filter when taking it out since the filters are directional.

Great video, the only thing I would add is make sure the airflow arrow on the new filter is pointing down. The air flow comes from top to bottom.

Thank you so much for posting this. Dealer wanted $126 to replace ours and so saved $100. Now I need to find a place to take my husband to lunch as payment. :-)

Performed 1st change of cabin filter on my 2020 F150 XLT Supercab. Great and through video instructions. Two notes: There were two (2) 7mm screws adjacent to the ones shown on the video. Kind of confusing at first. Also, it being the first filter change, I had to gingerly use pliers to dislodge the plastic trims (very tight). All reinstalled without much effort. Great instructional video! Thanks for sharing.

Outstanding video, dealer wanted $79.00 to replace mine on a 2020 lariat, purchased filter on amazon for less than $20.00 dollars, a good savings, not counti g gas to the dealer and wasting half a day. Again great video.

what was that black lever thing on the right side of glove box door, mine came off, not sure where it came from ?

This does not work on the Lariat trim. The rubber piece pulls off easily but on the Lariat that does not expose the bolts. There is a piece of "fake wood plastic" covering the bolts. How do you get it off without breaking or scratching it?

After referring to your video I was able to change the filter and reassemble everything with out breaking anything and saved a ton of money, thanks.

LOVE your video! So many channels ramble on for 20 minutes before or during, only show finished steps without showing the "how", or worse yet... BOTH!! 😱😱 I very much appreciate the info, looking forward to more videos!
