I made a frame out of wood 2x1 6x6 ,put it behind the number plate and got a dirt bike fender on amazon and screwed and washered it to the painted wood 6x6 frame then zip tied it to the forks. I cut the fender back flush in back so it dont rub tire and used the other flush half of fender and turned it upside down ,drilled holes on sides for zip ties ,then zip tied it to main body of the surron...
