How to change a tractor tire and rim 

I broke down and bought a tire bead breaker. Works great..... Love how you told about the tube direction...

The tip about the blue line on the tube is really important. One wouldn't think it would be confusing but it is because the new tube is flat. Thanks so much.

Best back yard method i've found is use the wood splitter, block of wood on the knife and off it comes

Great video Jamie. Thanks for that great advice. I did dent know that the tube had to go just one way. I probably would of put it in backwards. Also how to break the seal using a jack. Now I can replace a tire on my 54 Massey Ferguson. Thanks again

Got to do this today

I use a ramp and C-channel iron and drive my truck onto the ramp. Using this method, you might break the rim.

I jack up the rear of my car then put the tractor tire under the tow bar with some blocks of wood between then let my car down which pushes the tire off the wheel rim.

That was a very smart idea. If you have a crane you can use the out rigger to push it down. I don’t mean to brag. I just happen to like cranes 🤪

I went ham with the sledgehammer today, tried some version with the jack. But did not get it to break. Gonna try yours!

Sledgehammer can be used,but not on the tire,use it on the special tire chisel

i will show u a much better way get u a 4/4 put a 2/6 about a foot long on tht end of it lay it on tire about 2inches from rim and drive your truck up 4/4 it will break bead
