Do the same step of getting the bar ends off then stick the end of an air compressor in the grip and blow air in and pull it comes out easy

Yeah, that's how we normally do it in the shop, but not everybody has access to compressed air, and we thought for the purposes of this video it worked just fine.

but what if you want to keep the grips like if there not worn out and you just want to change them
