How to change diesel fuel filter on Land Rover Discovery 3/4 3.0 TDV6 LR3 LR4 LR009705 

Hi guys, great work with the vids, keep them coming. That yellow thing at the bottom is a tap to drain/bleed water from the fuel filter. The cable is a sensor that can send the car into “restricted performance” if it detects moisture in the fuel. Or if the sensor fails it will go into “restricted performance”.

Loving the videos. Thank you. Any idea what the little electrical plug at the bottom is ? Mines missing.

Legends. I went n made the bad decision of priming the filter on my 08 TDV8 the drain plug cracked so I knew I had new Fuel coming through Now it won't start N I've trapped air in the line. Any vids or tips on how to sort that? Wish I knew it had a ''Self bleed'' System before I primed it through the Drain plug dammit! Haha. Less room with the V8 exhaust system too.

Hi I have a problem with our 2010 3.o diesel, sometimes will just turn over without starting and others times it fires first turn. I put a scan on it and came up with the codes P060B, P064D and P062A can someone tell me is this a fuel fault in the tank or high pressure or something else, any help would be great, I'm in outback Australia miles from help. thanks Peter.

I have a 2013 Discovery 4 SDV6 and should get around 871 km to the tank. This will most likely be less but I'm consistently getting 600km to the tank. Are there any tricks of the trade to reduce fuel consumption on these? Great work on all the videos by the way 👍🏾

Are you aware that there is a fuel pump low pressure bleed point at the rear of the engine?

Hi is there any chance you can show us how to change the fuel filter housing ? As there is a common fault with this with warning light coming on water in fuel,and a new housing rectifies this problem cheers
