i change my air filter for my fusion 2012 the filter did not have the net on top, is there a difference? but it fitted and it runs good.

Am I suppose to leave the white bottom on? The old one I replaced didn’t have the white bottom so I took it off the new one. Hope I didn’t mess up

Yeah, just make sure the fit is perfect. It can be a little thinner or thicker or look a little different. As long as it fits well and the box closes snuggly on top. Thanks for watching!
