Why didn't Yaesu make the function programmable on the face? SWR.. check PWR...check even the notch can go front side. We even got some sorta band scope. What about mode? We didn't think that was important enough to go top side? Love my 891. It is a lot of rig in such a tiny package. But a few little things would have made this radio so much more. I feel like Yaesu always came up short on the software end of things. Memory and firmware layout always seemed odd. I always tossed it in the bin of "Lost in translation" but I wonder if it's just the bear minimum to get it done. Far from bias. I'm a sick man I own them all. Love my Yaesu's like I love my Icom's.. Just another radio ✌
