How to change front brake pads on a F650/800GS 

Thanks, made me realise how easy this job is so went ahead and changed my pads that were down to 1.5mm. A couple of other tips: If your old pads are pretty worn, check how full your brake fluid reservoir is before fitting the new pads, If the resevoir has been topped up as your pads wore, you should siphon off some fluid with a syringe before pushing in the caliper pistons to fit new pads. To push in the pistons evenly, drop in the old pads and insert a large flat blade screwdriver between them to prise apart.

Thanks!! This video helped me a lot, I didn't have previous experience changing brake pads. With rear pads it was a piece of cake, It took about 10 minutes tops, but front pads was for real a challenge for me.

Necesito si alguien me puede decir si al cambiar las pastillas de freno se pueden notar las ruedas "mas frenadas" y sin embargo dar la sensación de que frenan menos. Cuanto hay que rodarlas para acentarlas?

Hi again I don't have the E-torx tool, but you don't necessarily need them : I changed them easily without removing the screws. Reading my last comment, I realize I'm changing my pads again after only 7 month...

Thanks mate! Video is very well made! I was trying to figure out whether I could change my brake pads without removing those two big screws (I don't have the "E-torx" tool), it doesn't look like it"s possible.
