Attention! This video contains mistakes: 5:02 - the tightening torque is 95 Nm, not 90 Nm. 5:05 - the tightening torque is 120 Nm, not 75 Nm. 6:55 - the tightening torque is 120 Nm, not 110 Nm. We're sorry for the inconvenience 🙇‍♂

Yes, indeed the suspension must be under load before tightening the bolts, we used a hydraulic strut to simulate the load. AUTODOC

Not this one, a similar one, just the standing ball joint is not replaceable in yours. (In the video it has 3 screws at the end of the arm, and can be later changed.) What you need are these ones, either left or right, or both. www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/steering-links-control-arm-trailing-link-diagonal-arm-10671/fiat/stilo/stilo-192/16053-1-2-16v-192-xa1b?supplier%5B0%5D=833&supplier%5B1%5D=101&supplier%5B2%5D=35 Replacement process is the same, the torque Nm's you can get from online manuals or forums, just Google it.
