Hi Pratibha, Its good that needle stays in lancing device. You may hit needle in some way while inserting cap or replacing and it may loose sharpness. Please note with every use the needle, it loses sharpness. So if you are sensitive to pain then it can hurt with repeated use. If there is no skin or blood infection then you can decide to use needle couple of times more provided the needle is used in a very sterile conditions. Also as per user instructions from manufacturer it is recommended to use needle once.

Hi Malleswar Rao, I hope you are holding the cap exactly in the place as shown in the video while unscrewing. If yes, then I guess you might have closed the cap bit tight from your last use or didn't align well during closing. It's just rotation to unscrew cap from body. Please give a final try letting little high force. Please make sure you better align cap and pen while screwing it back and apply only gentle force.

Hi Niranjan, Seems like this screw mechanism is broken or threads are engaged tilted from last use. I would recommend to be gentle with opening and closing. Sry… there is no other trick to open/use this device. If the device is unusable then you may need to buy new one as it is not serviceable.
