Sorry for the late response sir. For the Civic EG, standard size of the stock dome light bulb is 28mm. That will be your basis when buying an LED bulb.

is 24mm size will do too sir? or the size 36mm fits?

Standard size is 28mm. That will be your basis. I guess it is possible to use 24mm by bending the terminals a bit to make it fit. I'm not sure about 36mm. It might be too big. Perhaps bending the terminals could make it possible.

This is a Honda Civic EG. Perhaps it could be a bit similar to Honda city.

those smd's will burn the dome light cover because of its heat

Hi sir! I've been using it for 2 years and nothing have changed. No traces of burnt plastic on the cover. It produce heat but less than the conventional bulb.
