How to Replace Windshield Wipers on Your Car- Replacing Wiper Blades This video shows you how to change your car's windshield wiper blades on this Ford Mustang.
I am a recently separated woman and have never had to do things like this before. Your video was thorough and to the point and thanks to you, I have new windshield wipers I put in myself! Thank you so much!
Thank you for posting this instructional video! I'm a lady who is learning how to be more self-sufficient in these type of things. Changing mine out today!
my mom is a single mom who’s always working & my dad passed away when i was 8, so well before my driving years. & this video helped me out a ton! we don’t live close enough to my grandpa or uncle for them to teach me to do this kind of stuff! thank you for posting stuff like this!
Thanks for showing and explaining the two little nubs that actually hold the blade in place. Nobody else shows or speaks to the purpose of them in any of the other videos I watched.
Thank you Sir for taking your time out to show some of us how to do this...back in the days I would have no problem, I'm 60 and still learning, I guess you can still teach an old dog new tricks.LOL..thanks again sir, Merry Christmas to you and yours also....Paul in Indianapolis, Indiana...
Your video was great. I am recently separated and I have not had to do this myself in years. Watched your video and within minutes I had both changed. So thank you.
I was pretty sure I already knew how to change my wiper blades. I was pulling down on the old wiper and it would not release. Thanks to your tutorial I realized I needed to pull down harder to release the old blade. I was afraid I was going to break the wiper arm. Thanks again.
I just wanted to thank you. I think I used this video last time, but I definitely used it last night when I changed my wipers. Most of the videos I saw were less specific about everything and they definitely lacked the close ups that you offer. The best wiper changing video ever!
this was my 3rd youtube video i couldnt get the blades to click. Your video was the only 1 to show exactly what was making it click into place. Thank a million
Thanks for the video, I watched others that showed me having to unlock a tab on top but mine didn’t have that tab. I found your video and was able to change the wipers on my own.
Sometimes it helps to turn the new blade 90 degrees relative to the metal arm before pulling it to get that last click. I struggled getting my Walmart AutoDrive ($4.87) brand ones on until I turned it 90 degrees. Strange but it wouldn't click unless it was at 90 degrees. So now I have Rainx on the driver's side and Walmart on the passenger side. The Rainx has held up well but not sure if it's worth paying 2 or 3x as much.
Thanks bro, I had 60 seconds to watch your video, to stay out of the doghouse with my wife, I had those wipers change before she could take the second sip of her morning coffee! Keep up the good work! #subscribed
If anybody had trouble taking it off like me sometimes there's a clip underneath the old wiper where you have to press it down so you can remove it (for me it was located near the top of the car's hook), and if it has a clip and you cant remove it because there's an object obstructing the space then it probably comes off or is moveable if you put your finger nail under the gap and lift up (spent a good 10 mins in the blazing sun trying to figure that out lol)
Bro thanks so much, I know motors and not really anything else for cars😂, I just bought my first “modern” car going from a 73 roadrunner to a 03 eclipse, I was so confused 😂
Used to cost me around $5 to change the wiper blades on my old Commodore ( just needed to slide a new rubber strip into place ). Today I paid $73 to have new ones ( free fitting ) put on my 2007 Nissan Navara. Can't just replace the rubber....need to replace the whole arm. Rip off. :-(
Thank you this helped a lot I don’t have tell my uncle do it My uncle keeps saying that he always has to it my step dad did it all the time but he past way me and my mom have to do everything by yourselfs ❤️
Excellent video and guide. 1 critique: dont get expensive wiper blades. Cheap ones last just as long. There are things to not go cheap on, wiper blades are not one of things. Go cheap!
