Thank you! I was so confused when the cord came with 2 USB-C ends.... I didn't realise there was a specific type of plug for it so I was scratching my head wondering how it's supposed to work. I'm just using my samsung USB-C to USB-3 charger as well now. I don't know why they didn't include the plug in the package (actually I do: money, duh), but they could have at least made it clear on the box that you'd need to buy a specific type of plug to go with it!

This has actually put me off purchasing the beats now. It’s kinda like apple are trying to put people off them. Android users have ample headphones to choose from. Stop being greedy apple trying to win over every user!!!
I got these for christmas. My girl thought she was being nice. I asked her for a pair of tozo-10's off amazon prime (i have a pair already, but washed them in laundry, they still work though) they cost like $20. She got me these instead & theyre such overpriced trash. Uncomfortable, the battery is 1/2 what my $20 pair is & theyre Uncomfortable af. Now im just barely learning about the charging, that ive been struggling with? Save your money
I’m loving these headphones. I see a lot of hate. But they are loud similar to AirPods. Just make sure to buy a usb c charger block. it doesn’t come with one.
I'm actually having to charge my case with using that tiny 6" cord they provided by connecting it to my phone... the case is not charging with any other charger and I do not have an type-c adapter power box. Pretty upsetting, but I don't wanna return them because my fiancee got them for me as an early Christmas present during Black Friday for $90.
Shouldn’t the white screen show your battery levels automatically when you have the case near the phone? My AirPods pro do it automatically but these don’t.
Yea I've seen that to when I was asked by a friend who has apple and I've always had Android so I didn't notice that so I did some testing and if you have the beats app when you just open your case lid it will notify you the battery percentage on each ear bud and the case but I have to open the case lid to do so but if I see it notify without the lid I will message and let you know
So I am NOT crazy...good to know...a cable but no block...who knew?? for the love of Pete you would think as much as the Beat ear pods cost it would come with all it needs to CHARGE the darn things
Battery life is trash I was talking for an hour and one bud went from 100% to 59% three it’s dead I’m exchanging these for something with better battery life
this is the dumbest thing.......you have to buy an adapter to charge these????? Who has those?? It is just a marketing tool I guess to generate additional sales. Like buying a car and then they tell you that you'll have to pay extra if you want a key fob to start it.
Hi, I noticed that when I charge the case and the ear buds at the same time, the battery of the case is actually reducing… ( I’ve reset the whole thing already ) just wondering if anybody has the same issues with me? Thank you.
I have mine and might do that for you if you prefer a video I usually just use my beats android app when I switch to anc or transparency and the app does also has notifications and they pop up on you phones but if you still need a video and I will gladly message you or post a quick video so you can hear and see the notifications
@@techtips hi how do you notice when the bids are done charger and when the case is done I never see any lights come on all mine do is stay red and after awhile it goes away and there charged so does it actually go from red to blue when done charging???
Just curious, I have an Apple phone. But can you use these headphones on a Dell XPS Laptop? My laptop has the Bluetooth feature. Just curious if you can use the Beats Studio Buds plus on Dell?
Only issue for me is that damn USB C to USB C cord because alot of android phones still haven't started with the USB C to USB C cord and I'm using a OnePlus 8 pro that has standard USB C to your normal USB plug in so beats could of just gave us the normal USB to USB C cord and I currently only have one USB C to standard USB and I charge my earbuds each night with my phone so I have both fully charged and ready to use for work so I had to go find me a new USB C to USB C adapter to use the beats cord they provide that's my only issue

5 hours is actually how long they're expected to last (with noise-cancellation on), and 8 hours with noise-cancellation turned off. Definitely not the best battery life, but I don't think there's anything wrong with yours. Just remember to put back in the case to recharge, that should give you a day of playback.

I’m very unhappy with charging cord. I just bought them and I am having buyers remorse I have to go buy a new plug I assume it would use all my other Apple chargers. I did not do my research.
Beats Studio buds volume low problem on android. HOW TO FIX IT? Go to settings - - > About phone - - > click 5 times on Build number until it ask you phone screen lock pin then go to System & Updates - - > Developer options - - > MEDIA turn off the (Disable USB audio routing) In the end come out from setting and disconnect handsfree from Bluetooth then conect it again, that is it. Enjoy 😉
because there's multiple ways to charge it and I want people to know that so they don't waste money on a charger they don't need. also the title mentions battery too, not just charging.
Because of I would like to have earbuds for longer than the 7 hrs battery capacity , I thought I would buy an extra pair but don’t want to carry 2 recharging cases. Can I use 2 sets of earbuds so I can use 1 set while the second set is charging? Do the earbuds pair to the charging case? Is there a downside with this approach ?
I ended up losing one of my earbuds so I only have one but when I try charging the case and earbud the light just keeps blinking red and white then stops idk whats wrong with it sorry if this is so unclear not good at explaining things 😅

So my case say 35% buds say 88% so i can leave buds out of case and just connect plug to case itself and that will just charge that right...then i can put buds in case after?.
I recently returned a pair because it would not charge to 100%, only up to 80%; second pair is having the same issue, one bud is only getting up to 98%. Defected products? I did a reset and everything, so odd. behavior.
