Hi! My left earphone is not working well. I have noticed that when I put it on the charger a white light on the earphone starts to blink.. and keeps blinking while charging. Is that normal? Greetings from 🇵🇦
Hello I just got a new ones, the left earbud seems to doesn't charge sometimes the led is blinking as lo battery and then it turned off. When I take it from the case it doesn't work
Mine don’t even blink or light up on the ear buds when you put it in the case they are horrendous do not buy them I’ve had 2 sets and now they won’t replace them under warranty even though they’re faulty.
Hello, I've connected the buds to my phone and I use them (as a microphone) to record some videos... and the battery lasts for just 30 minutes :( Is it normal?
How come just one light of my headphones works the left side works but when I try the right side it would make the sound that it’s connected but then turn of i left it before in the case and nothing
Just got the earbuds and the just don't charge whenever i put them in the case. the only way to charge them for me is charging the case with the buds in the case.
My headphones always charge to 100% but they lose 10% every few seconds until they're at 10%, then they will last a few minutes. Is there any way I can repair them?
You could try a couple of charge/discharge cycles, but I have little hope it will help. In case your earbuds are still under warranty, I’d contact JBL support for a replacement.
hi, ive got these earbuds for a while now and im very satisfied but after like a week or something the left earbud stopped charging. (the light of the earbud doesnt blink when its in the case, but the case lights up but doesnt charge the bud?) and ive been wanting to fix this for a while now lol i havent seen anyone really do a video or solution to fix this. could u please help me?

@@MegaSafetyFirst yeah it is the same problem. the problem with the 225 tws is that you just could not reach the pins, because the case is to long. That sucks!!
After 2 weeks of carefull use, the right ear bud stopped charging (no light when I put them in the charged case) I read on reddit this happens to more people, anyone here?
I have had these headphones for almost a year or so they have worked great but now when I charge the case it only charges to 2 leds not three. And like every other use I have to forget this device and reconnect. Do they only last a year or what
