How to valve clearance adjustment. Pulsar NS 200, Pulsar RS 200, AS200.This way you can adjust the tappet on other motorcycle .Only the valve clearance will be different there.
Intake Valve clearance:- 0.05mm
Exhaust Valve clearance:- 0.08mm
Tools needed to adjust valve:- Feeler gauge,Tappet adjuster tool, 9 mm ring spanner.
(If you don't have a tappet adjuster tool, Nose Plier can be used instead).

Thank you for explaining the process of tappet adjustment. And as u have mentioned about how much clearance needed for intake and exhaust valves giving reference of owners manual... But the owners manual i got with the bike does not contain such informations... Can you please provide the service manual book of ns200 if you have with you it will a great help. Bhai mari gadi RS200 bus 5000KM hi cali hai or tappid ki noise aa rha ha engine masa or mana service centre walo ko btaya hai wo boltai hai ki engine kawel 12000 sa 15000 ka bad hi kulai ga tabhi addjes kara ga tappid ma kya kru bhai pls reply

If you have free service of Bajaj, when you go for servicing of the bike, if you ask them to adjust the tappet, they will not charge any labor charges.They will do it for free. I can't say how much the labor charges of the local mechanic will be.

Bhai kitne kilometre ke baad ye Kam (tapped valve adjust) hota hain , timing chain adjust ka kam hota hain ?

Tappet valve clearance adjust 15,000-20,000km andar check and adjust karna hai. Timeing chain ko adjust karne ki koi jarurat nahi hai. Tensioner se Timing chain auto adjust hoti hai.

Mere NS200 main noise bhut ho raha hai , and kabhi kabhi road par race pakdte nae or aise lagta hai band jo jayegi mm

Valve leakage hone se missing ki problem hogi. Tappet clearance adjust karne ke bad noise ho rahi hai. to valve guide damage hai. Valve aur Valve Guide change karna hogi. Aur Rocker's arms damage hone se nois hota hai. Tappet valve clearance kam hone se pick up problem, missing problem, 4 se 5 hour bike kaari rehna se staring problem hota hai.

Technician said , Valve change honge Rocker change'honge... adjustment se khuch nae hota sab change'karne padenge.. cost aayegi 3500 ya 4000
