How do I spot a fake swingman shorts?

Ok so I have a swingman 97-98 Mitchell and Ness Hardwood Classics Michael Jordan Chicago Bull's Away jersey and it doesn't have the size L(44) on the side of the logo at the bottom left hand corner it only has it where a normal tag should be. The over all general quality of the jersey compared to my Adidas and nike jerseys is Definately better by far so I just don't know and am unable to tell if I have a rare expensive jersey in my hand or not. What is your opinion and if you want to see a picture of it send me the information to do that and I will if you think that would held you decide. Thank you
