Great recipe. Natasha has that kind of academic way of thinking about food that I admire of really good pastry chefs. Superb tutor too. Saying that, I probably won't make this; it looks a right faff. ;-)
Is this loaf pan the large one measured by 13*4*4 inch or the standard 9*4*4 inch? I couldn't tell from the video but it seems like it's the bigger one??? Please advise.

It has already happened before at a barbecue house lol. I just asked for another dish, won't be mad because of that. Also, there's a difference between a restaurant and at home/friends. If you check her instagram you will realise she is a completely different person. She is just veeeeery relaxed in this video. Personally, I'd love having someone exactly like Natasha preparing some semifredo for me with a messy hair and sweatshirt. Skilled chef + beautiful woman = game.
