How to choose soy sauce 

Did you ever feel overwhelmed when seeing a wall of soy sauce in an Asian grocery store? I did. There are many different types of soy sauce. In this video, I focused on how to choose basic soy sauce and its simple quality index.
You will also see fish soy sauce, chicken soy sauce, etc. Those are flavored soy sauce products. Just choose the ones you like and cook with them however you want. Don't be limited by the "fish" or "chicken" labels on the bottles.😁
