Heir Apparent is exclusive to the Guardian Games event. Rain of Fire Exotic Boots can be farmed at any legendary lost sector on a Leg Day (never skip leg day). The Navigator Trace Rifle that my clanmate used is from Ghosts of the Deep dungeon.
