How to clean an engine without water | 2010 Lexus RX 350 engine cleaning tips 

Did you put any kind of protectant/shine on the engine covers after cleaning them? I am planning to do this as well, was thinking to add some for the look of it

Curious to know, what is the most you’d pay for a 2010 Rx350 with under 130k miles on it today? I really want one but I don’t know if I can stomach the $17-19k price tags these days.

" there is No need for all that extra Elbow grease!. all you do is pop the plastic engine cover! by removing the clip on buttons off the whole assembly put newspaper on top of a big plastic garbage bag and set it on the ground & just spray any safe type of bio degradable de-greaser /foam if you like?.. wait a couple of minutes and rinse off with a garden hose! . (Done) now engine? = same thing! "just make sure this two parts of it are well covered (engine cold of course) the alternator and the electronic distributor. use a plastic bag and or aluminum foil works perfectly! , when doing this to the engine make sure the same steps are followed for the newspaper will soak up all the grime coming down when done just pull on the plastic bag and roll it in, keeping the now dirty Newspaper pages inside and dispose of them in a responsible manner.
