To reset the nap of your shoe let the shoes dry completely. Reset the nap with the brass brush/medium brush. Then you can spray Mink oil which is a shoe conditioner and can help to gain the color back to some extent.
@@RESHOEVN8RWhat if the color of the suede is fine before sending them in with just certain areas with scuffs. Will y’all automatically use water on the suede?? Won’t that guarantee the color of the suede changes.
I bought new NB 500, these shoes have something similar to suede, I tried to clean them with a "dry kit" but ended up ruining the material ... Next time, I'll use soft brush and water.
