Yoooo this HELPED I went to a party and I was dancing and my shoes got hella stepped on so I had to wash my shoes then they got yellow stains and I freaked out because I need to use them for school and this help sooooo MUCH 🙃
Emily Flores something I did when I woke up they were kinda wet I used A blow dryer and it worked I even try to straightener for some reason to see if it would work and I did too

I have the same pair of white Vans and I just washed mine then dried them under the sun, it's really annoying that they have yellow stains all over, can't wear them anymore after that. Thanks for this advice I will definitely try it. 👍🏻👍🏻
Sarah Oop same here. I’ve tried baking soda before and it didn’t remove the stains; instead, it made my shoes look whiter by covering the stains lol. Worse, my shoes were super crisp after drying them out in the sun with the baking soda on. It’s like wearing a pair of plastic shoes. 😂 Tried the tissue method as well and while it does lessen the yellow stains, the whole process takes a long time. Imagine spending a whole day cleaning and whitening your shoes only to find out the ff. day there are still some stains left. 🤦🏻♀️
This helped me so much I got white vans for the 1st time and when I washed them one came out good the other with yellow stains and I panicked but this video works I dried mine with my heater since I've gotten nothing but rain from where I live (key note though I had to do this 2 times the 2nd time I added more toilet paper and it took the stain out better so key note add more toiler paper)
ok so i tried it at night and i used my desk lamp and a fan over my vans and it’s the next day and it worked even with out the sun or the heat and i really wasn’t expecting it to work but wow it did
Angelina Chaidez i cleaned them using a different technique and i saw this because when they dried they had yellow water marks so i tried this and they were perfectly fine i’m pretty sure any technique to get the physical dirt off would work fine with this
This actually worked y’all I deadass got a new pair and then wore them once and it got one little stain and I wash it and then the whole shoe turn yellow I was like tf I do then I tried this and they turn white but not white white as hers 🙌🏽
It really worked very well. Before this, I tried toothpaste, baking soda, bleach, soap, shampoo even washed in a heavy-duty machine. Nothing worked. Thanks for this video.... But one thing I did not put them in the direct sunlight.
This happened to me and I swore I was ab to die cause my mum was gonna yell at me pero after the first wash I wash I washed em again and rinsed well and then I used baking soda white vinegar and rubbed on the areas and then the stains got lighter but I was so scared so imma try this to get the front part out cause it’s only the front for me
Omg I saw this yesterday because I'm desperate to remove the yellow stains and when I was about to do it I noticed I don't have tissue so what I did is I used clean BOND PAPER as a substitute. Now my vans are good as new. I heat it from the sun, I'm from the Philippines. Btw I dont really have to worry about tissue paper anyway, don't worry😅 and I guess try not to use inked paper because if you notice they also give stains so better just use the clean ones.
It works :D, i burnt my vans after putting them in the washing machine and put it on top of a heater, there was so much burnt lines on it. I added some baking soda on top of it as well ^^
You can also just get a bucket or water and clothes detergent then keep the shoes in it for one hour, after one hour u take them out and get a tooth brush or something to scrub the shoes and after you scrubbed them really good, you get some corn starch and put it everywhere on the shoes make sure you get everywhere because if you don't that spot will turn yellow aging and after you put that all over your shoes you get toilet paper and cover the whole shoe press down on it to make sure the toilet paper is really stuck and then you put them out in the sun for one or two days after that you just shake all the corn starch off and your good you have nice white shoes again without any yellow spots
also if this happens you can use denture cleaning tabs and let 2 sit in the sink with warm water with the shoes in it until yellow is gone then put in washing machine for a quick rinse and then put it in the dryer
I tried this and it worked!!!! :) I left it outside for 2 nights though because there wasn’t much sun so I thought I’d leave it for longer but ya I’m so happy hehe
ok someone spilled chocolate milk on my shoes and ima do this an see what happens 🤞🏽 edit: it works but i’m probably going to do it one more time because a little bit of the stains are still on my shoes edit 2: lol i tried cleaning my shoes so much to the point that it’s yellow now

also i washed mine in the washington machine then i took them out and they were white af then they dried then they were yellow then i took soap and scrubbed it and the yellow went away then they dried and then the yellow cane back
I did this and worked but I needed to take them so I peeled them a little earlier before they dried and when I did it worked really well soI let they dry a little more and when I came back they had the stains again but less visible what should I do?
Does it only work if you have yellow stains or does work for like all stains like dirt and other stuff bc I have school tomorrow and I want to use them
Just wash them in the washing machine with washing powder and just make sure they dry and not really wet when they get out the washing machine let them dry because what it did was mildew and one of my shoes turned brown and the other one didn’t.
I'm not so sure because I've never tried it on red old skool vans but I wouldn't try just because maybe the color would bleed or spread but it's all up to you
I got some dirty as hell Vans from the thrift store. Other than the dirt they looked pretty good. I’ve washed them now twice and as they start to dry they turn dirty looking again. I never used bleach. I used hydrogen peroxide and baking soda the first time, and the second just laundry Gain soap. I’m gonna try this and hopefully it’ll work. I’ll come back and say if it did or not.
No it should work either way but I would clean them first with the white soap that I used in my first video and then put the toilet paper once the shoe drys

So I used the pink zote and the yellow stain would not come off completely it came off a bit but not completely please answer to tell me what to do please

I went to school and ppl just be jealous of my WHITE VANZ and they stepped on them I didn’t worry bout them being dirty then I went outside and I GOT GRASS STAINS and I tried everything baking soda, vinegar, lemon dude non of them worked so I hope this does I’m praying Bcz rn I’m doing the baking soda one again and if it don’t work ima do this😕
I hope this works because I am highly upset. Mine are brand new and I have worn them twice. I have had them literally a week and they are ruined just like this. I was about to buy a new pair.
