The way to use it for lungs cleansing is by heating water in a bowl then add few drops of the oil then get a towel, put your head over the bowl and inhale the oil infused steam while having the towel cover the bowl and your head for few minutes, few times a week . It’s helpful for colds too.

I remember when i was 7/8 years old, my grand ma do this procedure for us whenever we catch cold or cough or fever. 2 times a day for 2/3 days we 'll be alright. Even now i do it, when required. I like drinking a tea called breath easy. It's by traditional medicinals. It has eucalyptus in it. I like to buy it offten. I open up the bags to make it lose leaf & like adding it to my coffee grounds so it's part of the coffee I drink. Now I sometimes buy tulsi tea holy basil. That comes as a BIG pile of lose leaf that & sometimes other stuff gets added & I drink away. For breathing & chest stuff I also like Echinacea, & elderberry to help. Breath easy. ✌

Eucalyptus oil is now double the price that it used to be because of the fires in Australia. It'd be really helpful if you instructed people on how to use eucalyptus properly.
No .. Only inhale the steam from it if you use the oil after diluting a few drops in hot water. If you want to ingest it get it in a tea form. The oil is too concentrated to ingest and could make you ill..🙂

I put a tube in my diffuser and the mist comes out of the tube I have been sucking the mist out of it and blowing it out i don’t know if this is healthy

I use a small ceramic bowl. Inside, I burn little charcoal pucks. on these pucks, i place either a drop of euc oil, or a piece of Palo Santo wood or a Ceylon cinnamon stick with some euc oil soaked into them. The wood gives a lasting small amount. A drop on the charcoal puck when it becomes orange hot is a nice powerful dose for the lungs and sinuses. Like the bedside mentolatum steamers mom used to setup when I got sick. Need something for overnight that doesnt make humidity. these pucks only last about 45 mins. heat plate?

@@zeek4749 It's desi Camphor or organic camphor available in pooja store. Not that Artificial synthetic camphor which you use to do pooja. That's not edible. Desi camphor is very pure it can even be consumed.

You started out with "how to cleanse your lungs with eucalyptus oil" but you never get to that point! You came a little close when you said that it must be diluted before ingesting, and stopped there. No ratio of dilution, no suggestions on what to dilute it with and no instructions on how much and how often to use! Very frustrating! I watched it twice thinking I must have missed it. I am very disappointed. 😢😞
