Great video. I am a long time flat pedal rider (48 years or so). I tried the SPD's last year, and found I couldn't really work it well. I just got some SPD SL's and all of the accessories, and will try that, as it looks to be much more my style.
Ive always wondered why my knees hurt on my road bike and not on my mtb. The q factor is greater on mtb. i had to give up these spd and switch to speedplay with long axle.
Thanks for this vid! Just got some for my spin bike. Question, does it matter which direction I twist to pop out? It's easier to twist towards the bike and not away from it.
i've noticed you have shimano claris, have you ever experienced any loud noise from front derailleur lever, shifting from large to small sprocket, and it is also quite stiff? Or have you got any idea whats causing this? Thanks!
I'm a novice and still trying to figure out how to unclip safely, last weekend had a ride from hell with lots of rain and was having a hard time unclipping I was not sure how to unclip sliding inside until I tried it, it is much easier .
@@CBGSpotter Thanks I have tension set to lowest tension. But still when the bike is still and I am trying dismount by swinging my heel out it won’t. I had to take off my shoe 😂😂 Maybe the cleats are tight at first?
