Hi there I like your channel today it explains why my fire stick is slow. My question is when I click on the background and processing list it doesn’t show me the list at all. Is it because I have not downloaded yet meanwhile it shows that it has to be downloaded right! So I did and it shows a whole page about the app then something about clicking reboot I didn’t know what to do next can you help me please

@@RichmanKnowsTech Mr. Richman thank you for getting back me. I have two questions 1 I'm watching a movie and kodi goes off completely off. Can you tell me how I can stop this please. 2 on the first screen it used to show the movies that are coming up. The TV shows are coming up. And now no movies are coming and no TV shows are coming up. How can I fix this problem? The app that you showed us for closing the background closes good if you show me some more. Do I have to restart the whole thing? Please get back to me as soon as you can.

Great video. Been using this app for a while. Instead of clearing the cache after closing the app or restarting, it can be cleared while closing the app by just simply scrolling down to clear cache after force closing, prior to hitting the back button. Thanks

My remote (circle part) freezes when scrolling up or down....becomes unresponsive. I have to take the batteries out the remote and put back in , and it works.....do you have a fix for this? Please

Usually I find that it's the firestick itself that is unresponsive. Try clearing the cache and closing the apps and restarting and see if it helps. Also, replacing the batteries may help. As a last resort, you can reset the firestick to its default settings. It will then be like a new firestick. Just be aware that you will have to reinstall any 3rd party apps that you've downloaded.

My fire stick keeps freezing up I’ve done everything you’ve recommended but it still freezes up. I’ve eliminated apps I have forced stopped Apps I’ve hardwired the fire stick into the router and it still freezes up. But only on Cinema HD But the rest of the apps work fine.

I'm assuming that you have the latest version. Cinema HD in particular has been very buggy and light on links lately. It helps to use Real-Debrid for more link choices and smoother playback but I don't think that's your problem. Maybe try uninstalling and then reinstalling Cinema HD or try out another apk like FilmPlus. I hope that helps, Deranged!

This app is great although something worth noting is that the 1st generation stick, model W87CUN, doesn’t run it properly. Restarting in “settings” on that 1st gen model keeps the background processes in memory, to clear it you need to unplug it for a minute or so.

Hi guys, I want to save this first, just for clarification. I am, I totally blind Firestick users. However, I have been running the app that you spoke of for a long time. Just yesterday, for some unknown reason, while I’m in the app, I am seeing the guts of my fire stick, and the voiceover is telling me, I have over 200 and something process is running. I know I have closed all the apps, I Should not be seeing this. I may have accidentally clicked on something, strange???. Do you think I should uninstall and reinstall the app?
