So, the decimal does not count as a character? I am going to school in Aapc and our teacher told us the decimal counts as a character so we would code it T16.2XA so confused now??? I need to request my money back aapc does not go into this detail at all

Some guidelines change by year, but we find the lessons to still be helpful.
