This is part 29 in a series of videos where I show you how to harvest, collect, save and store your own annual and perennial flower seeds. I love the Great Blue Lobelia (Lobelia siphilitica) because of it's blue blooms, because it's a native perennial, and because it attracts the bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. This winter, I will show you how I go about winter sowing my Blue Lobelia flower seed in milk jugs. Collecting flower seeds and propagating plants is easy and fun! Also, native plant propagation is very important for our environment.
