Is there a way to send total price and list of the chosen products to jot form via query strings or something? I have a client who might benefit from this but they have over 10k products so adding them manually to a form wouldn't be possible....

Hi, 10k products is pretty huge for the payment field so it might potentially slow down the browser performance. As a workaround, use a Dropdown field so you can paste the products into the Dropdown field properties > Options at once. Then perform calculation so you can pass the calculation field to the payment field. Is there a way to automate creating shipping labels using this combo of jotform & paypal? Say for a few hundred customers and without having to do a bunch of copy/paste or do one label at a time?

If so, there's currently no other way other than creating one product a time in the product builder. I noticed that you have Thank You page setting under Setting in the head of the form... I believe this is where I can embed a Zoom meeting link after clients paid. Is this correct? However I started building an app, instead of a form. And thank you page option is not there. Can I set this option somewhere else in the app form? Or do you recommend to build it from normal form. Thank you

We suggest you create a form to include your Zoom meeting links either in the Autoresponder or on the Thank You page. The autoresponder will only be sent, and the thank you page will only be shown after the payment is successfully completed.

Hiya how do you ensure the bank linked to your Form is correct or does it automatically know from the link up with paypal?

Hi, You have to link your bank account into your Paypal account, not within JotForm. Then on your Paypal account, you can choose which bank account you want the money to be transferred.

Hi I have a quick question… If i integrate a paypal account to a registration form, does the completed payment automatically submits the registration form?

Hello Kenny, When choosing debit or credit card as the payment method, the payment will be processed as soon as you hit the submit button. If there are any problems, the submission won't go through and an error will be shown on the thank you page. If the payment was successful, the form thank you page will be shown. However, if you choose PayPal as the payment method, you will have to complete the payment first within the PayPal payment window shown before the form will automatically submit. Thank you, this video was helpful, but how can I insert a purchase order or other form of payment within this same form?

Hello Andrea, Jotform does not currently supports multiple payment integrations in a form including the Purchase Order. This means that you need to create a separate form for each payment integration. And after that, you could check this workaround www.jotform.com/help/182-how-to-create-a-basic-multiple-payment-form/ to put the separate forms into a single form. Is there any 3rd party app that creates a custom barcode when someone pays that we may print out before an event?

Yes, that's possible using a 3rd party barcode generator then embed it in your form's thank you page or email notification as an Image. You can use the unique submission ID as the barcode value using its variable {id}. Hi @maxsegment, Currently, we support only one payment field per form. If you already have a payment tool in your form, you cannot add another. To use PayPal Personal instead of PayPal Business, you need to delete the PayPal Business payment field in your form before adding PayPal Personal. Hello there! Unfortunately, the Pay Later button can't be removed. This is a PayPal feature that is only shown when you're eligible to integrate Pay Later by meeting all of the following: 1. You're a US-based PayPal merchant. 2. You have a US-facing website. 3. You transact in US dollars (USD). 4. You have a one-time payment integration. 5. You abide by the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. 6. You do not edit Pay Later messages with additional content, wording, marketing, or other materials to encourage use of this product. PayPal reserves the right to take action in accordance with the PayPal User Agreement. By leaving this option, you give your users more flexibility with payments, and it does not affect you in any way. With the debit and credit card option, who processes the payment? PayPal? I just tested this option out with an invalid card number, however an error message did not occur.

Is it possible to have them enter the price they want to pay and have jotform verify that they sent the amount entered. I would like to set up a charity donation and reward high donators but I need the amount pledged to be verified.

Hello Edward, That's possible when you switch the Payment Type to Collect Donations in the Payment Settings. Here's an example: link.jotform.com/zYWZS4MdpJ. Changing to donation type will replace the product elements with a textbox for users to enter the donation amount. You can keep track of every donation on your form submissions page. Hello there! There's currently no deposit payment system with PayPal integration but there's a PayPal feature called Pay in 4 that allows customers to pay for their purchases in four interest-free payments over a six-week period, while you still get paid up front. Check this article to learn more: www.jotform.com/blog/announcing-paypal-pay-in-4-integration/. Alternatively, you can use subscription payments with number of payments limit. For example, on the first payment you can set it half the price then the other half on next payment by limiting the number of payments to 1. Please check this guide: www.jotform.com/help/166-how-to-setup-a-recurring-payment-option/ and look for Number of Payments option to set a limit on how many times you want to charge the customer. It is possible to sell digital products by adding the links in the Autoresponder of your form.The Autoresponder email will only be sent to the respondents once they successfully completed the payment. Hello Joey, The security header error usually means that the entered PayPal API credentials is invalid or the PayPal payment field is not configured. We suggest you re-integrate your payment field with PayPal, this normally resolves the issue. Paypal Integration is available in all plans including the free plan. However, the free plan has a lower payment submission limit compared to the paid plans. Payment submission means if your form is integrated with any payment gateway e.g. Paypal, each submission is counted as a payment submission. Hi @thejmack24, There's a limit of one payment field that you can add in a form. If your form has an existing payment field, and you're attempting to add another, you'll see that warning message. If you want to use another payment gateway, you can remove the existing payment field and replace it with a new one. My PayPal Integration will not connect to paypal. When I click on "Connect" it goes to the PayPal log in page. After logging in the PayPal page says you are connected and press the "Return to Jotform" button. When I go back to Jot form it still says "Connect" and not "Connected". PayPal says it is a Jotform issue but Jotform support says it is a PayPal issue. What do I do now?

how to set up checkout without shipping? I would like to accept payment for services or digital product. Paypal Hold my payment and they wont allow me to mark as 'shipped' because I need to add tracking number and courier name.
