If this has no peroxide, it must be a semi permanent product. Also, I would have liked to have seen how you applied to your hair in the back. I use a rat tail com and mirror. I section off 1/2”, then comb it up and cold it up with the teeth of the comb. I have gotten pretty fast with that method and it comes out pretty good.

I have been using Madison Reed on my hair for years now. When I colored my hair with ammonia products it was so, so harsh on my hair. I never have that problem with Madison Reed. They give you everything you need too. Also, I have to say, you have the most beautiful curls ever! I wish my curls looked like yours :) I'll have to try those styling products :)

You have brown hair and I took their test online. It told me to get light brown even though I said I wanted medium brown color.

Do you get a red tint with this color? I have dark hair and am beginning to get grays. I have never colored my hair and I'd rather no one know I'm coloring it.

I definitely got a lot of red when using the MR Moderna NN. Oddly, the red was mainly around my roots and it looked very different from any hair color I’ve used. With this shipment, I switched to a different color - Desolo NN - and I’ve been advised that this should resolve the problem. That being said, Madison Reed’s customer service is extraordinarily good. The company checked in with me after my first attempt and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I should also let you know that the product, red tint aside, left my hair feeling wonderful and looking healthier than before. That’s a huge plus!

It would be $25 whenever you feel like you need a touch up :) I typically go about 6 weeks in between. My gray hair shows fast! But it beats the $100 I would spend in the salon for the same service :)

Rachel Schultz Lovely Video! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you thought about - Millawdon Goodbye Gray Trick (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is an awesome one off product for learning how to reverse gray hair fast without the hard work. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate at very last got great results with it.

I do the back the same exact way except i really just feel where I’m putting the product instead of looking and I just my finger tips to massage it into the roots in the back.
