2:54 Wow... there's a whole epidemic of people not taking care of themselves huh? Because, if you're doing this right before bed, he's implying the assumption that you're so stressed out, by the time you have time for yourself, you just self-indulge and not actually take care of yourself. This is absolutely true for myself, if he really did mean that, that is such a depressing realisation. I'm sorry everybody, I hope you're all okay, we knows things can be good, we've felt it, just FUCKING DO IT. Edit: I just realised the whole "just do it" meme is a form of collective cognitive behavioural therapy, on a cultural level. That's pretty cool.
