Quite a tricky one to remove as you might have already found out, the ASUS tool appears to do a very good job of removing all software traces and the services and startup entries. I was genuinely surprised at how well it worked. Tell us about your experiences in the comments section.

Thank You for your video. I have had 2 annoying pop ups about the remote procedure call failed with the ai suite and dipawaymode my new computer that I had gotten for Christmas and I had tried various things to try and fix the problem with none of them working. Once I found your video and realized the AI suite 3 was to blame this was the easiest fix ever. Now I don't have to deal with annoying popups every time I start up my computer.

Great thanks! I switched from an ASUS to an ASROCK MOBO when I upgraded a CPU and could no longer boot one of my PCs. The AI would not uninstall and causes an error when Windows loads. The ASUS answer used to be to just reload windows.

I have the Ass B450-F Gaming II mb and did try to use their software but confusing bar updating drivers. When I did a clean install of Win11 never reinstalled it lol Good to know that Asus acknowledge the uninstall issues. Thanks for sharing Mike and Kath👍

I have the same MB and had a few problems earlier in the year, a clean windows install didn't fix it, turned out to be the bios, they released new versions very close to each other and were necessary. Anyway, I made sure not to install Rackety crate or the AI suite after the new install and have had no problems.

Hi, Mike. I think I may have found the problem with my PC and fixed it. I believe the cable extensions went bad so I removed them and plugged the PSU in directly. Then I played Wreckfest for 2 hours while recording it, then edited and rendered a video. The PC did not encounter a hard shutdown since. Cheers.

They have had am uninstall tool back when I 1st installed it ...never had a need to use it as it was great for me .... but 9 years later it was broke I think by and AutoCAD License manager app. But the tool didn't do anything... it's still listed as an installed programs.. I wish I could just reinstall it, was great for controlling fan and pump speeds.

I got back from a trip and I had to update the software for AI suite 3 that I never wanted to have in the first place then it's blue screened my pc when I was updating bunch of stuff like my like gpu, my games etc it blue screen pc anything try to update. finding this video helped this issue

After terminating the program I was not allowed to manipulate (delete or move) the folder with the file, saying it was still running.

I tired the Ai suite removal app but the program stops responding. It goes through in this order: Remove Asusfanservice and AXSP, cannot open assusfanservice key, cannot open AXSP key, then program hangs and closes 😮‍💨

Does this also remove the AI Overclocking? I did that and now everytime i start my computer i have to turn the clock down, otherwise my core temps are at 80C°+ and it would be horendus if it's still up there but not beeing able to turn down the clocks after removing the s*itty software. Running Intel 10900K with watercooling and this stupid software just fries my computer anyways, have tried all ways i could come up with to have it lowered from every boot but it will always be up there...

ai overclocking can also be enabled in the bios so if the software is removed the bios settlings will take over

Due to my experience with Asus' demonic software development philosophy I am not convinced that all traces of AI Suite 3 are actually removed using this method and it will eventually cause the most unexplainable, annoying and unfixable issue at some point. I do not understand how a company that has some of the best computer engineers and makes some of the finest mobo's and GPUs money can buy CONTINUES YEAR AFTER YEAR to fail big in the software department. They need to just axe the entire department and outsource to a completely separate company or poach some engineers from Corsair or something at this point.

Thank you they also have a uninstaller for Armoury crate which was constantly using 20% of my cpu with asus services what a joke. I had tried everything to remove without success I did not think too look at asus for a uninstaller but yep thanks to your vid it was there. what a joke I love the motherboard and bios but the software was working like a bitcoin miner lol.

I mean it seems like ASUS should realize that this causes issues. I find so many threads about it AI Suite and how bad it is. My computer was running perfectly for two years without it. I accidentally installed it and guess what... errors pop up and other things. If they know it is a mess then they should do something about it.

ai suite 3 is the worst thing i have ever installed. i have never had any issue with my computer for the past 4-5 years and now after i installed it my computer freezes and crashed. i uninstalled ai suite 3 but i still have the issue :S i have NO ide what to do. its like my processor is still overclocked and running way to high lol
