@@moulipal3468 Well first of all Good luck You will do great. Secondly I did get the job at the time but I ended up pursuing a more lucrative opportunity for myself. Thirdly If I was pitching myself and had no experience specifically relevant to the position, I would find a way to Use my resume experience to paint a vivid illustration of how I will be able to use my cumulative experience to succeed despite that one area of lack. I think my interview was a panel so like myself and three or four people but I honestly do not recall. Interviews used to make me nervous but not any more

With question #4. Can a company that hasn't launched yet answer that question? If not when would be a good time frame that the company can answer that question?
While you may not be able to answer the performance aspect of the question prior to launch, you can definitely start to pinpoint the external opportunities portion of the question. As far as answering the performance aspect of the question after you've launched, that would be entirely based on your team and your reporting rhythm. Some people opt for a quarterly or monthly review cycles, and your own schedule would be whatever fits your team best.
