That is an outstanding video. I work for a large roofing company in Florida. I completely agree with the assertions this gentleman makes in the video as well, this is a very good roof inspection.
I was in roof sales/inspections for 7yrs. Roof inspectors should ALWAYS consider the age of home. Older homes could have asbestos insulation, making it possibly hazardous. And new insulation can cover old asbestos insulation. Nevertheless, it's ALWAYS a good idea to inspect the attic for interior leaks, decking rott, & to see if any mechanical lines are to close to the roof decking.
