Great information! Do we need to perform internal audit of top management process periodically? Also, do we need to audit the QA department which makes the processes for other departments?

Top management isn’t a process. There are many processes which involve Top Management - which ones are you thinking about? Quality isn’t a process either. Auditing is about verifying the processes are implemented and effective

You didn't discuss "status and importance" - or as the new standard talks about "importance and changes affecting the organization". Just selecting audits based on some arbitrary calendar is only going to get you a certificate from a CB and nothing else.

I totally agree. We shot this video for beginners to understand how to just simply get started. Once they are into a routine then they can embrace more of the advanced techniques you suggest. Thanks for your input.
