"customization options". Yeah there are no options. Not because they aren't there, but because the screen sampler effect stops working as soon as I move, resize, or delete the squares. This feature only works if you leave it on the default settings, and Logitech refuses to help

Who else just isn’t getting any light from these speakers? G hub installed, configured. Doesn’t work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still doesn’t work. Unplugged usb and power plug, plugged back in, still no lights. Reset PC and redone everything, still nothing

What if only my Speakers are from Logitech because at First everything was fine and worked but after awhile it just stopped being reactive and keeps changing to 5 different colours

Is lightsync/screen sampler designed to work with the browser versions of Netflix/Hulu? I know the Windows apps are having problems, but I didn't think DRM Protection would affect an RGB's performance. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong because it works on webpages and RU-vid, just not when I want to watch movies.

Ghub doesn't really work that well. Mine is always stuck at the loading screen, or none of the devices show up

I've just bought the G512 GX Blue Clicky. My *WORD* the RGB is tremendously awesome. Tad of a hassle to set up the perfect zones (mine has 15 squares) but my god it works awesome

I connected my g560s to my pc with Bluetooth but I can’t find the speakers on G Hub, I have my subwoofer connected to my PS4 so the speakers can work that the PS4 as well.

@0:03 of the video left speakers shows red and right speakers shows yellow. When I do the same video, my speakers shows red on both? Any ideas? G hub: i can't choose the bottom left for one speaker and bottom right for right. Any ideas thanks?

Our best guess is try using the select area on your screen for the color of your speakers. So a specific section is designated for each speaker. That's how we did it, iirc. If that doesn't work we suggest you talk to Logitech.

@@Neweggstudio I have a G513 and I can't get it to show multiple colors at the same time. It always shows the same color throughout all keys. Seems like it is some kind of a mean value of all the colors within all sample boxes. I am going with default settings for now but can't get it to work even if doing customization

The speakers are designed to work with a PC. They have a USB interface and the screen-monitoring software is a PC program. For TV-syncing, you'll likely have to look elsewhere.

Maybe a bit of an overkill solution, but you can disable power supply to the USB ports when the computer is off in your BIOS settings. Though you cannot use your PC to charge your phone or whatever when it's off then.

I've bought these G560 speakers, sound great but.... the lag with the lights with screen sampler is driving me nuts! is there any way to reduce this?

i second this. I have 16gb ddr4 ram and an i7 9700k. Even on low demanding games i have this problem. It's a really cool effect but it lags sometimes :/

@@austrich8309 QUICK UPDATE! I've tried both of Logitech's software suites for these speakers (LGS & G-HUB) I can tell you there's definitely less lag with LGS.

ghub is saying that my speakers are "not connected" when they clearly are. didnt have this issue for over 2 months but all of a sudden i have this problem. Cant do anything and i have tried everything... help?

update* the situation tripped again but i'd figured something. Anyone having this issue please head to your device manager and uninstall the driver on the g650 (streo) and try again. worked for me.

Unfortunately, we don't have an answer for that and I don't recall us trying that out. Sorry we can't answer that. I would suggest reaching out to logitech for that answer..

Yes but random colors and it also will react to sound right out of the box. Hooked mine up to the Nvidia Shield right out of the box. Worked great!

@@TacticoolNinja thanks I already purchased one. The only complaint is the lighting doesn't get very bright without using a PC. The lights get super bright when you first turn them on, I wish they stayed like that.

@@TacticoolNinja unless I'm using it wrong. There is 3 brightness levels and the highest brightness is maybe a quarter or half the brightness that they get for the first few seconds after you turn the speakers on. I wish they could stay at or go to that brightness without needing a pc.. If there's a way that you know of let me know. I'm just using mine for PS4.

Just wondering, instead of matching the screen, is there a lighting mode that can match the audio channel sound? Like if only the left channel is generating sound, only the left speaker will light up? Thanks

You can go into G Hub settings (the cog at the top right of the main page on the G Hub app) and uncheck the box labeled "Allow games & applications to control illumination" then set your preset to breathing. Hope that helps.

how can i set them to deafault? it used to circle trough color and time the light to the music but now i have changed to audio visualizer and it only shows the colors i set (thats like 3 colors) i want them to change color all the time how can i set it back? or to default at least ? pls anyone HELP!!!!!!!!

if you unplug it and plug it back in and then DON'T open G-hub, you should be good if that doesnt work, unplug it, connect a mobile device by bluetooth, plug it in, disconnect mobile device, dont open G-Hub
