Bro, if you have the cord you literally hook it up to your play station, move it around for like a minute or so and when you unplug it, it should be synced up entirely, this is a back up option if you already have another controller synced to the PlayStation

@@ssjaang9284 figured out my problem. It wasn’t the original PlayStation usb. If you have a lot of usbs you can easily lose it

my last controller broke completely i thought if you just connected the wire it’d hook up no issues. had to use my remote play on the phone but it worked regardless thank you!!
