Thank you!! I can’t believe I didn’t get it before, but this makes it so much clearer! I understood the concept of joining bead to bead, but everyone assumed you knew the thread path. Turning it each time was exactly what I needed for this to “click”! Now I can finish my earrings! Yay!
I understand what you are doing here joining an end to an end, but I’m still having trouble connecting two ends of one piece. Since my colors are all the same, it doesn’t help. Also because it’s in a circle, I can’t turn it as you do here. Any tips?

Why not try to make the earrings with 4 different colours like in this video? And even when you are connecting it into a circle, you can still rotate it inwards or outwards to position beads that you want to connect in front of you
Kara's Jewellery Vlog I did it! Not sure how but I got it connected and it looks right. 😊 I did it this morning. On my lunch and just finished just need to add earring stud. One down one to go! Lesson: don't attempt something you don't know in the evening after work when you're tired and make sure you have plenty of light!!
