So that happens from time to time. And I always recommend contacting the manufacturer So they can troubleshoot issues with you. Typically when mine Disappear I can find them in The wireless devices and smart kids section Underneath wireless devices
If your camera doesn't broadcast ZMD_SAP, it probably connects with QR code. If it does, you want to be within a couple feet of the camera for it to show up as it's got really short range. You don't want your neighbors to see ZMD_SAP if your router goes offline and the cameras lose connection to the WiFi (as ZMD_SAP only broadcasts when the camera is not connected to WiFi).
That's so not how mine works. You hit + to add device, then it says to add to zmd_sap network and then it says connection failed. Never get the screen at 1:33

Looking for info on how to replace a camera on my NVR, I have an 8 camera system and 2 cameras went down, is there a way to add the new cameras to my NVR ?, this is a wireless system. I already hit remove this device on the 2 broken cameras but cant get them new ones to install, they are visible on my app but just want them back on my NVR. Thanks Rick
I had Some older cameras I called the manufacturer and they instructed me On what NVR to buy To make sure there was no compatibility issues So I can record on the NVR Instead of the cloud service. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer to make sure your model cameras Are compatible with a NVR Before purchasing
I'm having issues getting past the number of devices to add. I get the whirly circle and stays like that forever. I have 1 camera already and am trying to add 2 more. The bar code didn't work. I have android. Any tips? Thank you
i have 4 zmodo cams and azmodo storage device connected to internet router by netword cable recently i reset the router modem , the 4 zmodo cams blink green how i make my cams blink blue as it was?
Mine keeps going off lines, my Zmodo app tells me to take the camera off using the QR code on my Zmodo app. Problem is my cameras are 12’ above the ground and it’s -10 outside. Wait till spring?
Hi Sam, Initially I purchased the Zmodo Kit with DVR and 4 wireless cameras. I moved to a bigger place and now I have 8 cameras. My question is, how can I make that the DVR supports the local Playback with 8 cameras instead of the initially 4. Thanks in advance.
How come my ZMD_SAP won't show up on my internet. It did when I first got it and now it tells me it's not in range. The blue light is steady and it says I'm connected but I can't get no picture what am I doing wrong computer not smart

One thing that might help is making sure that the cameras are close to the router when trying to set upThe Wi-Fi if that doesn't work I recommend contacting the manufacturer for further help

The scan QR code is what you want to use for this type of camera it is quick and easy. The way this guy is doing it is very frustrating and takes forever.

If your TV has Internet access you can pull up the camera if not you would need the NVR too connected To the television. You also might want to check out this type of system instead it's wired but it might do more what you're looking for amzn.to/2PBVxoq
Changed my wifi name and it wont connect anymore. Its a standard with an antenna. 720p. Doesnt want to pop up its wifi to connect while im connected to my wifi already. Any suggestions?

same issue here.. It happened after I changed Internet provider and upgraded Wi-Fi router.. I suspect it has to do with the fact the router is 5ghz..the cameras may only support 2.4 ghz..
