very simple and it had a good outcome, just one tip is that you should add a bearing or something to support the drive shaft weight so the motors bearing don't go out quick and it will be much stable and vibrate less while driving. -add a handy kill switch/button so if anything goes wrong and motor is stuck at full speed you can shut it off. -add a sound/buzzer when on reverse so you don't accidentally backup hitting something.

gear box is bette but half of the gear box is using main engine as oil cap 😅 so it requires lot more work... but thats mostlikely will be better if done correctly.
well will cause say may be 5% OR %10 loss...but will provide on uphills up to %200 or more gain and on flat and down hill surfaces %200 to 300 additional power .. thats why gearboxes are used on any car... they cause loss but on awerage its plus is no way to compare @@anonymousman2521
Congratulations. Great job. I am not a technical person, but will the welding you have done at both ends of the drive shaft take the 'Rotational Forces'? Probably you have to get manufacturers to make special drive shafts for you. This has a great commercial potential. Mini trucks can be made cheaply from retired OMNIs.

Eu aproveitava a caixa de câmbio, ligava o motor caixa de câmbio teria menor consumo de energia ja que tem as marchas, menos aceleração menos consumo de energia. Mas valeu o vídeo.
