Hello sir, Apke informative videos kafi helpful hai, meri ek commercial shop hai society me, mujhe shop me water supply and sewage connection ki permission nahi derahe hai secretary sahab, unka kehna hai ki pehle mujhe remaining maintenance charges bharne honge uske bad bat karenge, humne society se iske pehle koi service nahi Li hai, to me koi bhi maintenance charges kliy eligible nahi hu. Secretary kehta hai ki baki k shops Wale derahe hai to apko bhi Dena padega, let me clear humari shop milakr waha society me 6 shops hai, or us mese 3 shops to sale bhi nahi hui 20saal se band padi hai for sale hai. Or remaining 2 shops 6 saal se for sale kliy rakhi hai. To secretary kehta hai ki shops k premises me safai krne k charges mang rhe hai. Jbki humne kabhi waha saaf safai dekhi hi nahi. Kindly guide me, mujhe ab waha yh 2 connection ki jarurat hai uske maintenance charges bharne kliy bhi ready hu, but yh secretary avoid kr rha hai or dhamki bhi diya ki uski permission k Bina me water or sewage connection khudse society se nahi lesakti. Help me mujhe kya krna chahiye.
