Who loves noodles? What if I have the Chinese recipe using Hofan noodles? By watching my video, I will show a simple way of cooking Hofan Noodles with perfectly marinated beef. Who knows, you may not want to order take-out after trying this recipe.
Ingredients:
* beef slices
* onions, sliced thinly
* leeks, separate the white and green parts
* bean sprouts
* hofan noodles
* pepper
Beef Marinade:
* egg white
* light soy sauce
* cornstarch
* white pepper
* oil
Hofan sauce:
* light soy sauce
* dark soy sauce
* oyster sauce
* sugar
* sesame oil
Recipe:
Step 1 - Prepare the ingredients of onions, leeks, and beef. Marinate the sliced beef for at least 15 minutes with light soy sauce, egg white, white pepper, and cornstarch. Mix. Add oil.
Step 2 -
Boil the noodles for at least 3 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 3 - Meanwhile, stir-fry the beef in oil. Transfer out as soon as it turns pale. Be careful not to overcook.
Step 4 - Slightly fry the noodles for about a minute, then set them aside.
Step 5 - Make the Hofan sauce. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil into a bowl and stir.
Step 6 - In a wok with heated oil, saute onions and the white part of the leeks. Add the beef and stir fry these.
Step 7 - Add the bean sprouts and mix.
Step 8 - Put in the hofan noodles and mix them together. Add the hofan sauce. Continue mixing to blend the sauce with the noodles and beef.
Step 9 - Add the green part of the leeks and mix.
This fantastic dish is good to go!
