1L of beef broth
120g fresh mushrooms (sliced)
2 tbsp of cooking oil
2 tbsp of butter
6 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 medium sized onion (sliced)
284ml or 1 can of cream of mushroom
341ml or 1 can of whole kernel corn
300ml of 35% whipping cream
100g of marble cheddar (grated)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 beef cube (optional)
