In this video, you will learn how to cook delicious and healthy Spanish sardines.
Ingredients:
Set 1
2.5kg of mackerel (heads and teals removed, and cleaned thoroughly)
4 cups of water (filtered-optional)
1 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar (100% natural-optional)
1 tbsp black peppercorns
1 tsp of ground black pepper
2 tbsp of salt (Himalayan salt-optional)
90g of ginger (peeled and sliced)
15g of turmeric (peeled and sliced)
2 bulbs of garlic (peeled and sliced)
15 pcs of bay leaves/laurel
1 tsp turmeric powder
Set 2
4 carrots (peeled and sliced)
2 bulb of garlic (peeled and sliced)
15 laurel/bay leaves
1 tbsp of black peppercorns
1 liter of extra virgin olive oil (organic-optional)
2 tsp of salt (Himalayan salt-optional)
