Hey Anisa! I made these samosas for the second day of Ramadan and everyone absolutely loved it! Standing in the kitchen for around 2 hours to get these done was definitely worth it :)

Thank you for this lovely recipe! I couldn't find jalapeño sauce so I got some tinned jalapeños and blended it and it still tasted amazing

i just cannot make a perfect triangle with equal sides... though i used the same samosa strips and same technique :( but my samose are always elongated triangle

Hi, I want to freeze samosas after making them, should I freeze with breadcrumbs or should I put breadcrumbs on after defrosting but before frying?

Hi Anisa, i would like some advice .After coating the jalapeño samosas in egg bread crumbs, the crumbs will get eggy, and the bread crumbs get thick and not sticking after few coating need to use fresh breads crumbs get wasted any advice .
