INGREDIENTS
2 Bushels of Kale Greens
3 Bushels of Collard Greens
2 Ham Hocks
1 Pack of Fresh Success Greens & Kale Season Mix
1 Medium Onion Chopped
7 Cloves of Garlic Chopped
1 Tablespoon of Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Cup of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Cups of Water
DIRECTIONS
Add to Pressure Cooker the Ham Hocks and 1 cup of water, set to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, add Greens and 2 cups of water, then add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes, sugar, sliced onion, and chopped garlic, set cooker to 1 hour, after 1 hour taste for seasonings, add the pack of greens season mix, cook for 5 more minutes. Enjoy!

Im so glad you made this video. I sent my guy, He's from up North and dont know a lick about no greens, to the store for collards and turnip greens. Naturally, he came home with collards a 7:51 nd kale, lol.

I would REALLY love to see how you prepare them for freezing!!!!!!!

It's really easy, after I cleaned and cut them, I just put them in a pot with one cup of boiling water and let them steam until they wilted down. Then i put them in a freezwr bag and when they cooled down i froze them. If you have a lot of greens wilt them in batches. 🙂❤️

Thanks! I'll try it next time! Today, I made calalloo, and my mixed kale and collards, vegan style. I had to cook it all because I didn't know how to freeze them! I will still be looking for your video though!
